New Services
EMIS Access : We have recently introduced a new service and it is now possible to book an appointment on-line. This service is called EMIS Access.
To obtain your unique user id and password, please contact the Health Centre. When you have these, simply click here to use the service. Please note that the system does not allow patients aged 16 and under to use this service.
Click here to book/cancel your appointment online
You can also access the service via your digital TV using your Red Button. Visit www.lookinglocal.gov.uk to find out how the booking service works via digital TV
MJOG : We are also developing a service called MJOG which will automatically send out a text message the day before your booked appointment, to remind you of the the time and date of your appointment. We will also use this service to send out other personal messages, for instance, if the doctor wishes you to make an appointment to discuss results of recent blood tests.
In order for this service to work, we need to have your mobile telephone number in your electronic medical record. If you think we do not already have this information, please do let us know your number. You can do this using the Update your contact details option on the screen below.
If you do not wish to receive text messages on your mobile phone, you can ask to be excluded from this service. Please let us know if this is the case.
Patient Feedback
We are keen to develop the practice and the services that we provide so that we can continue to provide the best possible service to all of our patients. It is important to us that we have feedback from our patients on how you would like to see the service develop. We would be grateful therefore if you could take a few moments to complete our on-line patient survey (click on the link below).
Also, in common with all practices across Scotland, we are collecting health information about our patients which will ultimately be used when deciding how best to develop the services provided by the NHS. The information that we need most is your smoking status (even if you are a non-smoker), your ethnic group and if you need an interpreter when you consult with a health professional. We would be grateful, if you could let us have this information next time you visit the practice.
If you would like to discuss any aspect of the services that are provided in the Health Centre or if there is something that you would like further information about, please do get in touch with our Practice Manager, Mrs Hazel Gracie.
