Our aim is to provide comprehensive, individual medical services in a courteous timely manner; in a friendly modern environment. We believe in a person-centred, modern healthcare system that exists for the benefit of our patients; designed to allow us to work in partnership with each person receiving care and treatment so that we can meet the needs and wishes of that person as far as is reasonable and possible.

In this website you will find information about the practice and how to access medical services including ordering your repeat prescriptions on-line.  Just click on the link for prescriptions on the right hand side of the page. Please allow at least 48 hours (or 2 working days)  for your prescription to be processed before collection.

Please note that we provide early morning clinics between 7am and 8am on some weekdays for patients who find it difficult to attend during the normal working hours of 9am to 5pm.  However, please only come to the health centre between 7am and 8am if you have a booked appointment. We are unable to offer other routine or emergency services in the early mornings. If you are in urgent need of medical attention between the hours of 7am and 8am, please contact the Out of Hours service on 08454 24 24 24 or in extreme cases, call an ambulance.
