Travel Clinic

If you are attending the surgery regarding a travel appointment, please can you complete the online travel form provided here. It would useful if you could print off a copy and bring it with you when you attend.

We hold special Travel Clinics on Thursday afternoons between 2pm and 4.40pm.   These clinics are very busy and it is advisable to make arrangements to have your travel vaccinations in good time as last minute appointments are seldom available.   If we cannot offer you a suitable appointment there are alternative clinics.   Details of these clinics are noted below.  There is also a public information website which you can access by clicking www.fitfortravel.scot.nhs.uk.  Please note that it is advisable that travel vaccinations are given at least two weeks before you travel.
